With all the doom and gloom in the media right now from budget cuts and bedroom tax in the UK to crisis in the Middle east and Ukraine and of course the Ebola virus, its good to see that Londoners can still take 2 days off in August to wind down and party like there’s no tomorrow.
Mead Carney presents CANOPY, an exhibition featuring a body of work from New York based artist Shelter Serra.
The exhibition features objects such as guns, caps and maps either spray painted or having certain features changed.

Last Friday I had the pleasure of covering the launch of the Hang-Up Gallery’s latest group show ‘WALL TO WALL’ showcasing art work from some of street arts finest.
Original and rare works from the likes of Banksy, Swoon, Matt Small, Shepard Fairey, KAWS and many more adorned the space, transforming the gallery into a street artist’s studio complete with spray cans, splattered paint, collages, tools, chaos and all, while the project space downstairs features an exclusive installation from italian street artist RUN.
